These people make Comcast customer service look good. Eighty plus tear old w maint contract on three year old unit calls them at 1pm almost hundred degree day to get service call on unit that quit working. They just show up after 8pm. They work on wrong unit- actually neighbors and they are told they were working on wrong unit while they were doing it. They finish, charge 85 year old lady almost $200 and leave. have had 3 service calls with ARS...they were late to two of them. When you give someone a 5-hour window and can't be bothered to call and let them know you won't be arriving till 10 p.m., you are not a responsible company and I cannot recommend them. The attitude of their customer service team was also defensive when presented with this issue.

I mean they do, do the job. they fix what is needed to be fixed, but it always seems that it goes bad again right after they leave. I tried hiller and got better results

I called ARS Rescue Rooter at 10 AM when my HVAC unit failed to fire up and heat. The lady on the phone checked with the crew and said "they would be there no later than 1:30 PM and if they were going to be any later they would call me and give me an updated time. And if they finish their job sooner they would call when they were on the way". I called the corporate phone number around 3 PM and a guy took my information and said he would have somebody call me back shorty (no one ever called back). I received a call after 5 PM... read more

This company made two appointments with me, one on Friday afternoon between 12 and 4. After waiting all afternoon, they called at 4 to res he due for the following day between 12 and 4 again. This time at least the called early, at noon, and said they old n't make it. I won't use them again.

My AC unit was acting up one year. And I called for someone to come out to look at it they said that it wasn't nothing wrong with it. The winter came so I didn't have no reason to turn on my AC but the next summer the AC unit just turned completely off. I called someone again and still had to pay for them to come but Ajmer was so nice and professional. He fixed the unit in the heat and he told me about the discounts that was available.
