Moron technicians. Worthless customer service. Too many things wrong to report. I cancelled my service agreement in May. Still waiting on refund. I’ve called countless times and am always told something different. I keep being told management will contact me but no one has. This company is ridiculous! I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

They used to be good prior to the purchase by ARS, now they are horrid. I purchased a HVAC system from them that is still under warranty, but they just can’t seem to get out here and fix it. Two days I have waited, each day they end up taking a more important call. My non-working AC is not important since it is under warranty. Great service started when I called Greenstar for my AC problem. I called the office and spoke to Britney who gathered all my info and scheduled my appointment. She called me back promptly after 5pm to let me know a service tech will be out between 8-11am the next day. Britney contacted me again to let me know the service tech name Johnny and Johnny will be out between 9-10am She called me again to let me know Johnny was on his way. This company is CHEAT, I had issue with my new AC which was installed on July 2015 from the same company (this company is registered agent of Home Depot). I asked them to come and diagnose the issue. They charged $77. First, company send a junior technician, who couldn’t diagnose the issue. I Could not go to the other company as I already paid money. After 2 days, they send so called Senior technician and in 10 min he found there is a leakage in the coil. He did not check other parts. He told me that parts are under warranty... read more

In all of my experiences, this company has been absolutely the worst! I have never been treated so poorly, told I was a liar and had two supervisors not have any concern for another human being. These people lie to keep their jobs and install units improperly and the customer has to pay the price! I want everyone in my area and surrounding areas to know never to use this company.
