These guys are scam artists. Avoid at all costs!! I was looking at hybrid water heaters at Home Depot. A guy with a clipboard asked me, if I wanted a free estimate on having a hybrid water heater installed. I agreed. A rep from ARS Rescue Rooter came to my house and presented me with an estimate of $3900.00 to install a hybrid water heater. I laughed and invited him to leave immediately. Charged my elderly mother $170.00 for a thermostat that costs $25 plus $60.00 just to come out to her house. So the bill was $230.00. I dont believe this charge is justified for a thermostat and 5 minutes of service. They took advantage of an old lady! They have a "Buyers Right to Cancel" Policy on there invoice that gives you the consumer the right to cancel the transaction up to 3 days after work is done! Biagio the manager doesnt honor this right! AVOID THIS SCAMMER!

The worst I have ever dealt with, been waiting since noon, now 6:05pm, after 5 calls to the offfice and three chas online, tech called and asked if I reall needed the work done today?

watch out for the fake sales pitches. Their $88 for drain cleaning is per area, (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, etc.) their main pipe line drain cleaning is actuality closer to $400 dollars. Feeling ripped off ("they took it from us, nasty hobbitses"). Look elsewhere
