This is the company that was sent out to my home with my home warranty company, AHS, American Home Shield. We had a time scheduled from 12 to 4. They finally showed up around 6:30 pm. Initially they seemed very professional. They assessed that our unit was under warranty and that the part that had to be replaced would be no problem. Our unit was only 3 years old.
