Also called Home Depot for a quote on a HVAC-- ARS came out for the quote. We were interested in a quote for a ductless system in our bonus room only. Sales guy noted our unit "was 20 years old "( from 1999- date is on the unit) and that it would probably go out at any time. We let him quote a HVAC for our house and then a ductless for our bonus room-- Initial quote was over $16k. Leo was very thorough when inspecting the vents in my house. He explained and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He showed me how dirty the filter was and he replaced the UV cell on my air scrubber after letting me know it needed replacing. He also offered to order more filters for me and will be delivering them to my residence.

The tech tried to tell me one of the parts was not functioning at capacity. The unit is a top tier Trane & 3 yrs old. I was especially concerned with making sure the air cond line be cleared. He cut the pipe, gave a tiny puff by mouth. Made a comment that sounded negative & sealed it back. ***Since the service over a month ago, ARS calls my phone with solocitations EVERY MORNING! and will not cease or take my number off their call list. I have never been more disgusted with the behavior of any company before my mother did business with Greenstar Home Services. My mother is elderly and recently widowed. She found Greenstar Home Services online and called them out to retrieve an earring that had been dropped in her bathroom sink. There was no stopper in this sink or the second bathroom sink. ARS technician Jim Cyr came to my house and did a great job repairing my heating system. Jim was on time, diagnosed a myriad of problems with the system, and went to work to get my heating system up and running. I couldn't be happier with the service Jim provided.
