Honestly after my stolen kia was found and then towed to this location I didn't know what to expect. Yes you have to pay them for holding your car...it's not their fault something happened that requires them to store your vehicle. So we were directed to our stolen car and it wouldn't start...their employee said to look under the hood to see if any jumpers were pulled AND there was. The service at Arroyo Tow has terrible service, and they treat the customer very badly with high-sounding words and aggression, especially Mr. Jaime, I do not recommend him at all.

Vehicle was towed here due to an accident. The people here are vultures only after your money. The lady at the front is extremely rude. If your car has been towed here be sure to take it out immediately. It’s also pretty stupid to be charging for days they are closed and you are unable to take out your vehicle.
She was nice and attentive
