When I found Desert Springs, it was thru a referral from a friend. I had experienced sub par dental care at another facility in LV. I have been going to Dr. Poremba and his staff for care well over 7 years. I have lived in Vegas for 30 years. This is top notch and very personal dental care. I recommend it to everyone.
