Just had our daughters wedding and reception at the Arrowwood and I can not say how AMAZING our experience was. I started planning a year ago. We had a couple sit down conversations, tours, and taste testing. All was perfect. But the amount of emails and phone calls were lots. Keri,Nikki, and Deb were beyond phenomenal!!!! They seriously went above and beyond on every little detail of our wedding and reception. I was impressed with the willingness to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. There’s a couple of things I could tell you. You need and elevators. Temp in all the meeting room varies a lot and hard to keep control.

Thanks for the review Janet I will the Maintenance dept know about the thermostats. We would love to add an elevator but it is just not feasible from a construction sound point. Glad you enjoyed everything else hope to see you guys soon.

Decent rooms but for a "nice hotel" it has some big flaws. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Hallways bright and well lit. Despite being under construction the common areas were also clean. ...the flaws. 1st - the breakfast is a joke. You'd be better off going to Casey's - for a resort you would expect better then toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs and such. Even budget hotels toss out some sausage and gravy/biscuits. Oh....the on-site restaurant? It's not open for breakfast or Id have gladly just bought breakfast. Alot of ni... read more
We've spent our family Christmas here two years in a row. Both times the service and accommodations have spectacular! As an added bonus this year, we found our daughter's wedding dress at the Elegance Bridal and Prom boutique located there! We'll be back next year!
