We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Arrowwood. The venue is gorgeous and made for a smooth day! Laura was very helpful and made the process super easy. They provided so many amenities that I didn’t have to worry about renting from other vendors. Highly recommend any engaged couple to have their wedding at the Arrowwood!
☺️ Our business held a lunch meeting during the day, and was very pleased with the environment, view, technology capabilities, spacious to meet social distancing, setup was already in place, very friendly & respectful staff, delicious food and our room was located in a quiet atmosphere to conduct a productive meeting.
It’s an over priced dump. Not a resort but charges you a daily resort fee! Worn down and tired! Pools dirty and chipping. So called hot tub heater broken so water cold. Hey! Why don’t you use my daily resort fee to fix it! So called breakfast was coffee and a choice of either a granola bar or prepackaged muffin. No milk or juice for my kids. I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay Tina. Our Spa heater has been ordered it does take sometime for things like that to deliver. I'm very sorry it wasn't available during your stay. Due to state regulations our housekeeping staff isn't allowed to enter hotel rooms until after you check out. While this is inconvenient we do offer all room items at the Front Desk and encourage you to put any dirty or full garbage's in the hallway. Nice rooms, the staff was friendly. Not serving breakfast at the moment and just fyi, there is no elevator. 2 floor establishment, so if you bring a decent amount of luggage you'll have to carry it.. It has an indoor kids pool\park and an outdoor pool. They have a restaurant on the grounds. Overall nice place to stay.

We took our three kids for a night so they could go swimming. The pools were perfect for them, ages 6, 4 and 2. I was nervous there was going to be a lot of kids but it wasn’t bad. My only negative about the pool is the water was a little cold, but I like warm water. I wish the bar stayed open later than 10pm but Reed our bartender was great and the food was really good. I was also really happy with all the games they have at the front desk we were able to use. We will definitely be going back.

I’ve been traveling to Okoboji for the last year for business and this is my go-to home away from home. Not only do they have Minerva’s with amazing entrees, drinks and desserts, their staff are completely outstanding! Thank you for all the welcome’s and I will see you next month!

HIGHLY recommend this venue! I recently had my wedding reception there and it was perfect!! Keri was exceptionally helpful and always accommodating to all of our needs, even with me living 3 hours away. She was resourceful and timely with any questions/requests that we may have had. All of the 'vendors' bringing things in (I.E. Cake, DJ, florist) had no issues being able to get into the reception hall, the Arrowwood staff was very accommodating to all of them which was one less worry for myself.
