We had our family Christmas at Arrowood and stayed in a 4 bedroom townhouse. We were very happy with those accommodations. BUT, disappointed that the hot tub in the water park was not working properly. For the price that we paid we expected that would have been working. The water temp was minimal as well as the jet activity.

My family has held many events at Arrowwood Resort. We often use "The Great Room" as our venue. We have so many memories of spending time there. Family and friends have often said what a nice open space it is. The staff has more often than not been fully accommodating to our every request. I recommend this versatile room for any type of gathering.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Staff at this resort for many years. In business and for pleasure, we love the place. We have stayed in the hotel rooms and used the pool and restaurant. Our family uses a large room for our holidays. The kids absolutely love the space it gives us and the pool is a huge plus for the little ones. Rooms are dated, very cold water in showers. The food at the Menervias was excellent, service was great also. Over all a good experience.

Hi Denise! We are glad you were able to take advantage of our awesome $59 special rate and sorry to hear that the room was not adequate. A water heater kicked out and was reset as fast as possible, not sure if it was because of demand on it as we were 100% occupied while you were here or not, it is being looked into closer and is an isolated incident as of now.
