First beautiful location that was the plus. Check in ladies very nice. Rented a boat marina man very nice and accommodating. BUT THEN expected to see extra cleaning during covid. Instead none at all. They don’t seem to believe in floor cleaning in any place at hotel. We had to order food and take it out on patio no problem except took 6 tables with bird poop to find one with the least. Our cabin that is $400 a night is filthy and disgusting. Not impressed. Dirty dishes, dead mouse, clogged bathroom sink, worn towels and bedding. Not staying as long as planned.

better cable tv in the rooms. I try to watch the Twins/Yankee game and couldn't not watch it. I waited for the desk too send someone up to maybe get it in, a 1 1/2 hour later no one came. canceled request in frustration. Rooms as far as I could tell, after messing with tv, only 12 channels. The lobby got the game but I didn't want to listen just watch. FRUSTRATION

My daughter and I were driving cross country and checked in around 8:40pm. The location is a little isolated and we didn’t want to drive anywhere for dinner- we were ready to relax. The gentleman that checked us in was lacking in friendliness and personality but was ironically the ambassador of guest relations. I asked about an on-site restaurant and was told it would close in 15 minutes. We didn’t even go to our room- we went straight to the restaurant. This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful views with things for kids.
My family and I were driving back home from a road trip and decided to stay @ Arrowwood for the night, it was a great decision. Great rates, great service, beautiful surroundings, a very nice facility. I highly recommend staying here
On the shire of the a Missouri River. Had good food, lodging, and entertainment. Beautiful location.
Myself and a group of 20 or more people ha e been going to this hotel every year the first weekend in April for 22 years now. Every year something is screwed up with our reservations. We always book The Murphy room as well to gather at. We make these bookings 1 year in advance. The day we check out we book for the next year. Next week we are scheduled to go there with 36 adults!!!
