The gentleman working the front desk at 3 am was very rude, sent us to the wrong room- our keys didn't even work so we went back to get them activated then walk inside and the smell was horrendous. After finally getting to the correct room - we notice the fire detector dangling from the ceiling. The housekeeping tried to enter our room before 9am- no knocking or anything notification that they weren't entering. The only good thing about this place is the view over the river. Over the last seven years we have stayed at Cedar Shore Campground for the 4th of July five times and 5 of the last 7 Memorial Day Weekends as well. I have to say the service and hospitality is greatly suffering the last couple years and prices have gone up. Cedar Shore used to be our go to campground when going to Chamberlain- the previous campground managers were friendly and accommodating. Sadly that is no longer the case.
