Not when you threaten your tenants with possible homelessness during this already difficult time
Wrapping up 3 yrs this month, going into a 4th year. Had great rapport with mgr that was here when moved in; current mgr is friendly, easy to talk to though. Good maintenance response too. Only wish there were more parking spaces available near my building, sometime have to park a few buildings away.
I've been living here two years I love my apartment they always fix and fumigate and the staff is very friendly.
I have lived here since 2002, I've seen people come and go. Arrowhead is a great apartment. If I have any problems around the apartment I just call the office. The Church I attend is close. It's quiet. There are times that Children pass by and knock on door and run away. I recommend Arrowhead Apt to everyone.
