Unprofessional staff/ too many changes in management.
Unprofessional thieves, apartments are filthy, filthy, filthy. ANYONE AND EVERYONE DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENT!!!!! I have a family member who lives there so I have witnessed it first hand.
Unprofessional. I worked with Antonio for the time that I could and am very displeased. He didn't have a sense of urgency about assisting my bf & I in finding a place, whatsoever. At one point, he legitimately lost our applications, yet, insisted that we didn't turn them in to him... He found them soon after. We weren't notified when OR after our applications were processed, nor given a real tour of the apartment we were interested in bc the key wasn't made... Yet the pitch was "it's ready for move in!" The management staff is very friendly and made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. I absoultely love the upgrades. You don't get a welcome feeling everywhere you go, I appreciate the professionalism from them!
They are excellent apartment complex and the staff is very friendly. I love it here.
They didn't have a three bedroom like I needed but it was an awesome experience! The staff are very friendly and professional! They were fast at catering to my needs and giving me all the information that I needed. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work!
