Lived here briefly.. I did not like this place. No one cares about the renters. Definitely can find better place for the money.

Not Like Home I lived here for close to 4 yrs. It is secluded enough but the buildings are horribly noisy! The floors are creaky with very thin walls that you hear everything your neighbors are doing including being intimate. The maintenance is ok but neighbors will tell you there is a strange black film that comes from the vents that ends up everywhere! Unprofessional staff The apartments here are livable and provide more space then I have seen in other apartments in the area. However, the staff is terrible to deal with. Upon moving in my apartment was not cleaned, the floors were sticky and filthy. The walls were covered in dirt and the floors were not even vacuumed. Fine neighborhood but terrible maintenance and staff.. The maintenance and management could not care less about our requests. Many people in the community were not satisfied with the maintenance as well..
This is my third year living here.. While I can understand why the below person was frustrated, I cannot relate. I like living here and have no qualms. Beware of this place... One of the worst apartments I ever rented. One of the worst experiences of my life. After moving in to the apartment and discovering several severe problems (such as mold and corrosion of faucets), the management refused to deal with any of the problems. The management, represented on the site by Judith, refused communication and started act extremely defensive. Current Resident's Experience I have lived in these apartments for several years now. My time here has been enjoyable. If there was ever an issue or problem the women in the offices and the maintenance men handled the problems to the best of their ability. The residents are friendly and the area is kept nice and neat. These are reasonably priced apartments. They also do a good job at being reasonable about any questions or accommodations you may have or need.

So peaceful When I visited this place it felt like home from day one. The Apartment manager and I hit off from day one. She was kind and compassionate I didn't have a lot of money I had just separated from my estranged husband. I didn't have to pay the standard first month last month plus security deposit. have a huge 1 bedroom with a newly renovated bathroom, private entrance, balcony, huge kitchen. They just put in brand new windows. Maintenance is very attentive and quick to respond. It is very quiet and clean. I love it
