Excellent staff and great place to live The staff at Stonehendge Apartments are absolutely amazing. They are courteous, responsive, and above all extremely helpful. Specially The leasing manager Lori and the maintenance staff Will and Brian are extremely kind and and helpful. The apartments are also very well, spacious and airy. They maintain the property well.

Great place to live I've been living at Arrowhead since February 2014. The new manager and staff have been doing a great job. I find them to be helpful and friendly. When you call for a repair it's done quickly and the maintenance personnel are always courteous and professional. Stacey, the Property Manager at Arrowhead Court is the epitome of what qualities a manager should have. She possesses a willingness to always address any concerns you may have. Stonehenge Court Apartments Experience My Father passed away June 6th 2018 and my dad and my wife were spltiting the rent living together. My wife and I could not afford to stay. We looked for new apartment to live when we seen a rental sign so we went in the rental office and welcomed by the manager Lori Ann and we she was very informative with what they had available and costs. An overall great place I've been a resident since summer of 2017 and I'm living comfortably. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Any issues have been taken care soon after I report them. The neighbors are friendly as well. Good quality for what you get at a competitive price. Recommended you rent here.

Resident since July 2018 We have been since July 2018. We love our apartment, the ladies in the office are nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance man is super friendly we havent had any problems, its a nice place to live and very convenient for us.

I used to recommend living here I no longer recommend Stonehenge as a place to live. The buildings are not cleaned on a regular basis any longer and often appear dirty. They used to be cleaned more often. Trash and furniture is allowed to remain piled up near the trash bins for weeks and often the tenants have to place it in the dumpsters because the on site maintenance does not do it. The buildings are cleaned on a regular schedule, they were just cleaned on the 22nd, you wrote this on the 23rd. Trash & items at the dumpster are also picked up on a regular schedule, tenants do leave items at the dumpster when they move out, they are not supposed to but they do, when that happens the trash company is called for a pickup. Turn off water supply They very frequently turn off the water supply to entire buildings in the middle of the day with no warning for hours at a time claiming that there is a leak. Obviously this means you cannot take a shower, brush your teeth, do laundry, or cook anything that requires water. Water costs are included in rent and they do not provide rent discounts for depriving the residents this utility.

We apologize for any inconvenience the water shutdown may have caused. We are not always able to give advance notice, if there is an emergency repair we need to shut down asap. Management is working at educating residents to refrain from discarding certain items down the drains which contributes to these issues.
Will charge $100 if you get locked out. I accidentally got locked out of my apartment with my 8 year old at night and I asked maintenance the man said that if I didn’t have $100 CASH he would not come open the door!! I told him that was ridiculous I have been living here going on 4 years and have never been locked out before we always pay out rent on time or before it it due. He said I had to give him $75 cash and give $25 to the office the next day and that was the only way he would open the door. I’m appalled that they wou... read more

We do have an after hours lock out policy detailed in the lease, if the call is after 10:00 PM there is a charge for $100. The alternative is to call a locksmith which will likely cost more.
Rude manager and constant issues This place is terrible. Don’t late the spacious floor plans fool you, this place has been nothing but a headache since moving in. Theresa the manager is incredibly rude and will find anything and everything to charge you fees for. She is always making up rules that aren’t in the lease and on top of that doesn’t follow her own rules that are clearly stated in the lease then expects you to follow every single rule to a T. Since the time you wrote this, the previous manager has retired & a new manager and leasing consultant are managing Arrowhead Court. We are aware that the previous Manager conflicted with many tenants. We are working hard to keep a positive climate at the the property & move forward! We have received some great feedback from tenants who are pleased with the new team in place. The change has been very good & will only get better!
