Property Management Team Goes Above & Beyond The property manager (Stacey) and maintenance staff (Tom) has went above and beyond for me with emails and maintenance requests that I have sent them since I moved in 4 years ago. They are always giving updates and alerts regarding the apartment buildings on a daily basis. They are also very kind and respectful during each of my interactions with them.
A real review of this place Been here 3 years and honestly have had a great experience. Management has always worked with me when things come up, and they actually listen when there’s an issue. Maintenance has also been great and usually gets things taken care of quickly. Pricing is fair too. Overall, I’ve been really happy living here.
Poor Management and Maintenance Extensive time for repair issues to be addressed, band aid fixes always so repairs do not hold. Management could care less.
great apartments very nice apartments, the manager is very nice and very helpful and i can't wait to move in
I recommend Arrowhead Court Apartments I highly recommend Arrowhead Court Apartments! If you’re looking for an affordable apartment in a clean and quiet area. This would be for you. Stacey has been incredibly helpful during the whole application and move in process. She answered any questions or concerns I had in a prompt manner. The only regret is I did not find this place sooner !
So helpful They are really great at arrowhead apartments. Stacy has been so helpful. I had a million questions and she was always willing to help. The apartment is also priced competitive
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kinds words! We truly appreciate it!
Management is horrible You can definitely find a better apartment for the price you pay here. My unit was dingy and dated with a small kitchen. Most of the other tenants kept to themselves, but there was a huge problem with packages being stolen; when tenants ultimately complained, management's solution was to send a mass email asking the thief/thieves to stop...maybe try installing some cameras instead? This brings me to my next point, which is that management was terrible. Never have I had such condescending, passive aggre... read more
You do not get what you pay for. Upkeep on the location is lacking. Stairwells are also dirty looking. Have fun trying to get your laundry done. As long as they get your money, thats their only concern.
I would recommend I have lived at Arrowhead for 3 years now. I must say this place has changed for the better over the past year and a half. The manager is very quick to respond to emails and is very welcoming when I come to the office. The maintenance is on point. They handle issues very fast and get the job done. You can tell this team really cares. I really enjoy living here.
Business response:
Thank you the wonderful review! The staff is working hard, we appreciate you acknowledging their efforts.
