An overall great place I've been a resident since summer of 2017 and I'm living comfortably. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Any issues have been taken care soon after I report them. The neighbors are friendly as well. Good quality for what you get at a competitive price. Recommended you rent here.

Resident since July 2018 We have been since July 2018. We love our apartment, the ladies in the office are nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance man is super friendly we havent had any problems, its a nice place to live and very convenient for us.

Turn off water supply They very frequently turn off the water supply to entire buildings in the middle of the day with no warning for hours at a time claiming that there is a leak. Obviously this means you cannot take a shower, brush your teeth, do laundry, or cook anything that requires water. Water costs are included in rent and they do not provide rent discounts for depriving the residents this utility.

We apologize for any inconvenience the water shutdown may have caused. We are not always able to give advance notice, if there is an emergency repair we need to shut down asap. Management is working at educating residents to refrain from discarding certain items down the drains which contributes to these issues.
Rude manager and constant issues This place is terrible. Don’t late the spacious floor plans fool you, this place has been nothing but a headache since moving in. Theresa the manager is incredibly rude and will find anything and everything to charge you fees for. She is always making up rules that aren’t in the lease and on top of that doesn’t follow her own rules that are clearly stated in the lease then expects you to follow every single rule to a T. Since the time you wrote this, the previous manager has retired & a new manager and leasing consultant are managing Arrowhead Court. We are aware that the previous Manager conflicted with many tenants. We are working hard to keep a positive climate at the the property & move forward! We have received some great feedback from tenants who are pleased with the new team in place. The change has been very good & will only get better!
Unprofessional staff The apartments here are livable and provide more space then I have seen in other apartments in the area. However, the staff is terrible to deal with. Upon moving in my apartment was not cleaned, the floors were sticky and filthy. The walls were covered in dirt and the floors were not even vacuumed. Current Resident's Experience I have lived in these apartments for several years now. My time here has been enjoyable. If there was ever an issue or problem the women in the offices and the maintenance men handled the problems to the best of their ability. The residents are friendly and the area is kept nice and neat. These are reasonably priced apartments. They also do a good job at being reasonable about any questions or accommodations you may have or need.
INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!! LANDLORD EXPECTS TENNENTS TO PAY FOR EXTERMINATOR WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR A EXTERMINATOR IF ITS A COMPLEX PROBELM AND THEY WILL KEEP COMMING BACK FROM OTHER PEOPLES APARTMENTS!???? DO NOT RENT HERE!!! IT WILL COST YOU EVERYTHING YOU HAVE

This place is outrageous Between the thin walls, the awful windows and the lies from women in the office this place is next to uninhabitable. The maintenance crew doesn't care about their repairs. Everything has a band-aid when it needs replacing or further care. The laundry facilities are awful, they never clean them, people pour bleach in your wash, and no one is responsible. They guarantee you 2 parking spots and when you complain about lack of space, they tell you to just park on the street. None of the responsibilities ... read more
