They just walked off a job - to say they couldn’t get thru the crawl space is unacceptable. Especially when we showed the employees an easier way to enter the space and they were willing to do it. The boss who wasn’t even present on site told them to leave. We have the closing on this house hinging on getting this done. Terrible customer service and business practice. I first talked to an agent at my house, who was not very truthful and plus, I have never paid in advance without getting some kind of invoice. No, he didnt give that either. Today, Jimmy Norman came and he did, what I had asked for to begin with. He was very courteous and kind. He is a fine Representative of Arrow.
Trying to get service stopped since January 2017....please stop service. I have written and called, but today I received an email they will send someone for service. Do I called again to stop! What do I have to do to stop this service?
We have Arrow in Oak Ridge TN. Our technician could not be more lazy and inept. Made him aware of several issues and there is no indication any of them were addressed. They just took a price increase with no notification whatsoever. This will be the last time I allow them to pretend to service my home.
