We have been with Arrow for almost 20 years. In that time they have eliminated the fireflies, ladybugs, praying mantids, lizards, frogs, bats, baby birds, and other animals that usually feed on the insects and keep the yard in balance. I have requested multiple times to only have the foundation of the house sprayed since other family members freak out at the sight of a cockroach. I received an Invoice from Arrow Exterminators on April 16,2022. I have lived in this home for three years and have NEVER had any business dealings with this company. The Invoice gives a service date of May 1, 2022 (which has not even occurred yet). The Invoice looks like an actual **** for services rendered, indicating that I owe them $150.00 for a "Liquid Guarantee/Coverage", which is apparently related to Termite Protection. Arrow Exterminators has acquired Copter Pest Control and have taken over all contracts that were in place. Additionally, we sent information to all customers of Copter signed by our owners and Copter owner explaining the acquisition. We have retained all Copter employees and work out of the Copter location. It is not our intent to deceive, only to continue the current and active business relationship.
Cancelled service in 2020, had contacted company for a refund of a payment that should not have been billed in 2020. Did not hear from this company about a refund in 2020, nor 2021. Now 2022, I have received several bills and I contacted **************** three times, spoke with a manager told to disregard **** and someone will come out to remove their traps.
