Mr. ***** is currently a quarterly pest control customer has not had ****** services with us since August 2021. In December of 2024 we did receive a call inquiring about mice getting into his home, our SP went out and gave him a quote for rodent boxes. We have been using Arrow at our home for almost two years. I have been pretty satisfied with our service until a termite inspection that was included in our quarterly rate. The technician did not call on his way to our home, which they have done every time up until then, and woke up my 6 month old son. He then called to ask if he was at the right home and I said yes that it was and it was okay to do the inspection. I asked him to let me know if there were any issues when he was done. After explicitly asking to end my service, they sent a person to my house anyways when I was not home. Since then, they have been calling me incessantly to pay for a service I did not authorize and advised them I did not want. More importantly, they want me to pay for a full service even though they did not have access to the inside of my home to do the full service they were billing me for (indoor/outdoor inspect treatment). Came out to do a real estate inspection 1/28/25 wrote up statement saying active. Hammer s**** driver holes in my wood door frame I called to get second opinion was told there was previous activity which seems to be quite old. No active as of now 2/3/25 The buyers received the report back from Arrow Exterminator with Active Status. So the buyers dropped out of the sell. Trying to force a bill of a service I didnt want on me. Called multiple times after the first service that I would be canceling going forward. They showed up and still went on the do pest control and now they want me to pay

This company took advantage of us when theres no adult at home, they came and installed something in February (we dont care much about what they used) and sent us a bill now, demanding for payment. We sent back the invoice told them that we didnt order the service. Yesterday they came back walking around our house. We asked what they want but they didnt saying anything.
