This is NOT a review of their service or techs, just their billing / marketing department. We had Arrow apply a termite treatment three years ago and got a warranty with it. They've been sending us letters recently to get a new treatment in order to keep the guarantee valid. We ignored them because money's tight right now. Then they sent us a bill for $160. I called in today and was told that it's not a bill, it's a reminder re: guarantee. I'm sure there's fine print in there saying "this is not a bill" but it looked like a ... read more

I looks like individual person doing his own than like business. Today the person supposed to come do the service Im my home between 12 and 1 oclock, no one came we called the arrow exterminator company in **************** and we were told buy the person who picked up the phone told me each technician will have his own load and I have to call him and discuss with him, I never heard anything like this. I have read many negative reviews on arrow and would like to commend on my service technician. His name is ********************* he is always courteous and very professional when he sprays my home and answers any questions and gives good feedback on what he does. I have been using arrow exterminator for many years and have always had good service.

They have taken advantage of my disabled & elderly Mother. She signed up for a "contract". Contract stated if you are still having problems after service that you would come back out to fix it. Well we have been a customer and under contract for 14 months since July 2022. We have a very bad case of infestation of roaches. 9/26, ******* am - employee was servicing my neighbors and parked van **** (RGC8266) too close to my driveway such that it was difficult to put out trashcans w/o blocking my drive/mailbox, forcing me to squeeze between him/truck. I asked him to pull forward a little but he said I had enough room. The driver was treating my neighbors house and parked on my property in front of a no parking sign. I asked the driver to move his truck and he became threatening towards me. I called the company and talked to the manager and he backed up his employee. This is totally unprofessional behavior from this company . Client be ware
