Terrible customer service in Franklin, TN. We rent out our house and were up for a renewal on our termite service contract. My husband asked them to wait until he scheduled an appointment. When my husband did actually call a few weeks later to renew and pay, they said they had already sent someone and that his wife had confirmed the date/time.
