This is a horrible place to get any care for your fur baby animals. I had scheduled an appointment for a wellness check and the doctor reported that my cat had an autoimmune disorder without ruling out the possibility my cat could have some related issue due to ear mites. My cats ears were highly infected there was this yellow crusty discharge coming off the inside and outside of his ears . great staff and great service for you pets
Dr Nicole and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when my dog went into surgery. They overly communicated when I had a million questions and took such good care of my dog. I HIGHLY recommend Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital. They truly care both for the animals AND their owners 💕
Dr Nicole is the best, she is so knowledgeable and in tune with the needs of our fur babies. She always takes the time to explain anything or answer our questions. There is always a good vibe from start to finish every visit beginning with the check in —her team of staff has a manner that comforts both pet and parent. the vet's are very friendly and the prices for the service can't be beat
Great staff, great prices! The place is nice and clean, there's a free coffee bar, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable and will take the time to walk you through everything that they're doing. They even clipped my dog's nails for FREE! I suggest you come check it out, I'm definatly a customer for life.

This was my first time coming to this hospital and I received nothing but good service and kindness. The nurse that I had was really kind to me and my cat. Even the vet I had was really helpful with everything. I definitely recommend anyone to come here with their animals. They are in good hands and prices are reasonable! I'm definitely coming again !
