Arrive on University is an exceptional place to live, due to the team of folks who beautifully and expertly run this community. DeAnna, our Manager, is smart, organized, creative and responsive to the concerns of the Residents. Liz, our Assistant Manager, is competent, caring and supportive. Aliya, our cute Leasing Agent, is a charmer and a delight. Armando, our Maintenance Director, can repair anything, while patiently answering questions. What a great group!! How fortunate we are to call Arrive our home!

Deanna is so amazing! The place is great, but the people make it the greatest. If you are looking for a spectacular place to live, call this place home!!
The experience is good so far and it is still a long time to make the final decision on the evaluation because the subject needs more time in this area
I find this community quiet, peaceful and extremely convenient to all necessities one would need.
The manager does not help you to solve any problems, and they just ask for more money.
Wonderful property, but Judi is who really sold me. Wonderful personality, honest, and genuinely helpful. I got everything I needed and more!
