Arrive on University is an exceptional place to live, due to the team of folks who beautifully and expertly run this community. DeAnna, our Manager, is smart, organized, creative and responsive to the concerns of the Residents. Liz, our Assistant Manager, is competent, caring and supportive. Aliya, our cute Leasing Agent, is a charmer and a delight. Armando, our Maintenance Director, can repair anything, while patiently answering questions. What a great group How fortunate we are to call Arrive our home.
Arrive has a wonderful sense of community and is amazing. Our office staff is wonderful and could not have asked for better!

An amazing community with all the amenities you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Im thankful their hard work. The apartment is beautiful and I love using the pool during the hot Philly summers.
