Don’t do it!! Beyond terrible. Look this place is unbelievable.... there is not ventilation, no ceiling fans , no A/C....so that means your apartment will become an oven. They say it’s green built whatever this places was built with cheap materials and they itch no concern for resident experience. Will be loving as soon as lease is up that is certain. Would never of moved here if it wasn’t the only option at the time. Pay 1700 for a place with no ventilation on whatsoever ... no thanks! Seattle does get hot enough and it can... read more

Leaking ceiling I currently live at Array. One day my smoke detector had water coming out of it from above in the ceiling due to a roof leak from the rooftop deck. They gave me a bucket to catch the water until they could fix the roof. Its been 2 months, I STILL have a giant hole in my ceiling that continues to leak whenever it rains. Management always tells me their parent company needs to approve the repairs and in the meantime wont give me any discount on rent even though I have an active roof leak. Well maintained and secured! Been living here for the third year and never had any major issues. Business manager Jeanette is really responsive and a very nice person to be with! But other office staff need some serious improvement.
Awful Management I loved my actual apartment but the staff here is awful. They are impossible to communicate with and half the time nobody is even in the office during operating hours. I tried adding someone to my lease and it took 5 months to even get them to start the process. My lease ended before they finished it and I moved out. Then they try telling you they have to clean carpets and paint the entire apartment and I’m responsible for the payment even though cleaning should be a standard thing they do no matter what aft... read more
Decent place, place poor management. Had to sign a lease site unseen. We were promised a traditional 1 bed 1 bath, on move in day we were given a unban 1 bed/bath. We were not notified ahead of time. The site management also did not provide compensation for this mistake. While moving out we also ran into other tenants from out of state who had the same happen to them, again no compensation was provided. Very disappointed with my experience at this location.
Great apartments bad pricing!! I loved living at this apartment however they charge TOO much. Some of the staff is nice however the maintenance is rude. They just raised rent and there's never street parking that forces you to pay an extra 100 dollars for parking in the garage. They make it so everything stains and scratches easy so you can't get your deposit back. It's a great apartments for a single family with one child. The bigger the space (ect. 2 bedroom 3 bedroom) the smaller the space in the apartment.
