Stay Away!!! Look just do not rent here.... I’ve lived all over, no place is as bad as this... Bugs in apartments and pungent urine in stairwells (for months.) Terrible neighborhood. It may look decent on the outside but it’s a different story within. It’s that bad ....I have proof of everything I’d love to show the pictures of what I mean.

Verified Renter I'm on my second lease and I've only had one maintenance concern which was the fire alarm. Largely, it's been a comfortable place to come home to. Issues have been at a minimum regarding some after hour noise and cleanliness however for the most part I've found the Array Apartments a good place to stay.
Verified Renter Overall is satisfied. The floor plan is excellent. Very spacious and well planned and appliances are well maintained. The facilities are new and enough. I enjoy the small park inside the apartment. However the office and management team is not very responsive. Parking is very limited. The package locker will charge you $10 everyday if not picked up by 48 hours which is crazy.

Verified Renter Great apartment complex, the staff is pretty nice, the apartments are beautiful, the lay out is perfect. All the elevators on each floor is locked including the doors so for the area they are doing a good job keeping everyone safe as possible.
Verified Renter Array is great bang for your buck. Nice units with a lot of space for the price, good amenities, and a bustling neighborhood. Close to bus routes and I-5, and close to food shopping on Lake City Way.

Verified Renter We have lived at the Array for 3.5 years in a Urban 1 bedroom unit. We loved our time in that unit. We had amazing experiences with staff and maintenance. We had some minor issues with the neighbors, but nothing a friendly conversation or quick note couldn't rectify. We love the value, the beauty, and most importantly the care taken to maintain this building. I work from home, and every single Monday morning I hear the all too familiar sound of the vacuum cleaner out in the hallway. I look forward every year ... read more
