My final evaluation and rating for this contractor will depend upon the follow-up service that is provided. The initial physical installation of the bait stations was good. My concern at this point is the absence of the bait in any of the stations that will actually begin the elimination of the termite colony. Right now my impression is that the stations are feeding the termites without the ability to kill them.
I called and they came right away.
