The technician was great
The employee that came to seek out and remove the raccoon was very knowledgeable of the animal s habits, and more. Did a great job in removing him and following up with us.
I would definitely refer friends to them.
Everyone was very nice, but there seem to be a mis-communication every time I talked to anyone. I set up an appointment and they called 2 days to confirm, then on the set day they did not show up. I called and discovered they knew they weren't coming but forgot to call and reschedule me. Because of that, I spoke to the owner and he was going to discount my visit a little but when I checked my card, I had been charged full price, which was very reasonable, but I'm guessing there was mis-communication in the office again.

I must apologized if I overcharged you on this service when I was out there. I have you in the computer to contact you in October and I already marked the invoice down from the 60 that we talked about to 55 to repay you for the overcharge that I did. Sorry about the inconvenience.
