When I called for the estimate it was $55.00, the bill was $65.00 but they did a nice job.
Everything went very smoothly. As far as the "pests", we will see or hopefully "not see".

I was a little dissapointed that the guy had to use a broom (instead of a shop-vac) to remove the excess concrete from drilling the holes. I also found that the sprayer leaked in spots of my garage floor, and I could not get them off. On the other hand, I liked the guy doing the job and I do think we are protected for the future.
Mike the technician was helpful and gave me suggestions on what I could do to help decrease bugs in the basement.
