The appointment they had already changed two months before the actual date and in total it took almost a year of waiting for the actual appointment. The doctors are excellent but support staff terrible. They claim they will call you back when you try to get a department but does. No one answers phones in section in charge of surgeries and when you.get through to humans on the main lines, they tell you they will send emails to the relevant departments then you hear nothing further! The worst. Don’t trust your eyes to them! They run the office like an General Motors assembly line. Keeping 20 - 30 patients in various rooms in the complex at one time. That was the first red flag. No one answers any phones at any of their offices. Number two red flag of many to come. First of all I was at ARAN EYE Institute (one of several names they go under). Worse service ever, Natasha worse customer service, rude
This place is like a factory.. First hand, you call for an appt. no picks up the phone. I left 3 automated call back messages and no one called back.. I called another day, and finally someone picked up the phone.. I had previously made an appt. with Dr. Fabrega, and to my surprise a staff member changed it and did not notify me, therefore I cancelled my appt.
