Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a flower shop. When I went to pick up my flowers today, I gave the staff my name, phone number, and pickup time. Instead of simply checking the order, the front desk staff had a really rude attitude and kept demanding an order number. The problem is their website never sent me any confirmation email, receipt, or even any notification telling me to save an order number, even though they require your email and phone number when placing the order.
