I was going across country from AZ to MN and during a fuel stop I discovered one of my trailer's wheels was hanging on by a single lug nut. I have Dexter axels on my trailer and went EVERYWHERE in Ames lookin for nuts and bolts but due to it being a specialty axel no one had the parts. Arnold's was my last hope before having to run to the trailer repair place I use all the way back in Anoka, Minnesota. Don’t ever visit this location, Guy named Philip behind counter is not knowledgeable and didn’t want to seem to help. Furthermore I was the customer in front of him and he kept answering the phone helping others rather than putting them on hold! Totally unacceptable.
