Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and explain your medical condition. He has a great bedside manor and genuinely cares for his patients.

Visit over the telephone. Dr. Arnold was very familiar with my case. He and my PCP had previously discussed it and he had the reports from my recent surgery. Given the nature of the situation, Dr. Arnold recommended that we plan for a procedure in the Fall when it is safer to be around other people.

The visit with Doctor Hays Arnold was very unique in that it was a telephonic visit. We spoke about my crohn’s disease and treatment. He was very friendly, profession and thorough. Dr Arnold was very easy to talk with and a good listener. When our conversation ended, I knew that I was in good care with Dr Arnold - Great experience

I am very pleased with my televideo health appointment with Dr. Arnold. This was my initial intake appointment for the purpose of finalizing things before my scheduled colonoscopy during June. During my interview examination, I received a pleasant and welcome surprise. Dr. Arnold informed me that current guidance on frequency of colon studies was ten years between procedures absent any perceived or diagnosed basis for a shorter timeframe. Dr. Arnold takes time to really talk to patients on a personal level. You can tell he genuinely cares about not only their health, but their overall life as well. Definitely recommend Dr. Arnold!!

Because of covid-19 we held our last visit on the phone. There was no drop in the quality of professionalism or service. Dr. Arnold and his staff set up the appointment effigy and without any problems. Although I miss meeting everybody in person, I felt that this was the safest way to conduct our visit. Highly recommend Dr. Arnold and his staff.
