Had a recent online appointment with Dr. Arnold and the entire experience was very efficient and friendly. Dr Arnold took the time to discuss my issues and he was wonderful as always. Appointment was easy to schedule and the phone conversation was on time no waiting. Absolutely love this man and the staff at this facility especially Holly! Thanks again for all that you do!

On 15 June I went to Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio for an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Dr. Hays Arnold was my physician for the procedure. He and his staff were outstanding during the procedure. I've been a patient of Dr. Arnold since early 2012 and I must honestly say that, whenever I have an appointment with him, I know that I will receive the best diagnosis and treatment possible. He listens to my explanation of the problem; completes any exam that may be required; makes the right diagnosis and prescribes the correct medication or procedure that my be required. More importantly, he talks to me in common language that any non-medical person can understand.
