First visit,Dr Arnold had studied all available information on me. Explained what my situation was. Explained in clear concise manner and sought feed back. My experience was exceptional from the time I entered the facility until the moment they took me out to my husband! Everyone was friendly, patient and courteous and took the utmost care to be certain I was in no discomfort. Dr. Arnold took the time to patiently speak with me and explained things fully. I could not have been more pleased. And thank you to the entire staff for all they are doing to keep us safe during this trying time.

I had a televisit with Dr. Arnold recently, to discuss issues with my bowel movements that concerned me. I am glad that I did not wait for an opening for an office visit, as Dr. Arnold was able to speak to me for 22 minutes, answer my questions, and allay my fears. Dr. Arnold was friendly and explained things in layman's terms, and even has a sense of humor that relaxed me as I expressed my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone who needs the services of a gastroenterologist.

I spoke with Dr. Arnold via a telephone appointment because of COVID-19. I was hesitant at first to not meet him in person but once he called and very timely he was so easy to speak with and knowledgeable of my past medical history. He made me feel at ease about my upcoming colonoscopy. I had a great experience with him and know I’m in good hands. Definitely recommend Dr. Arnold!
