Very professional.They waste no time always right on time. The building is awesome and everyone(staff) treats you respectfully especially Dr.Arnold. If I could give 6 stars I would!!!!!!
Dr. Arnold is amazing. After every visit I leave knowing he has my best health interest at heart. Very friendly and always reassuring about anything I’m concerned with.
Dr. Arnold was very good about explaining the procedure and the findings post-procedure. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained.
I really appreciate what Dr. Arnold did for me in relieving years of discomfort. He is quite an amazing person. As far as colonoscopies , It would be nice if he would invent a better tasting preparation kit. Thanks again
I really like her personable approach --made me feel comfortable about an uncomfortable subject. He did not come across as rushed/stressed, took time to listen, and addressed all my questions, concerns. Location was easy to find and access.
Dr. Arnold is fantastic! He listen to my concerns aND offered options for my care. I did not feel rushed during my appointment nor did he appear to be in a hurry. I am very pleased with his staff. I will recommend Dr. Arnold to my family, friends and to anyone who may ask.. I am truly happy that I drove the 130 miles to see him.
I've seen him for a year. Went to Colorado on vacation right after being in the emergency room at northeast Methodist. Advised that I had an Ellie's, and should visit my gastrologist who they had already notified. I saw him the week before I left for Colorado. He said I was fine. (Even though I felt lousy). Went to Colorado. From the airport in Denver, I wound up in hospital with illusion, stomach hernia, and previously twisted lower lateral intestine. Suggested surgery at earlies
Fine physician, friendly, knowledgeable, very concerned about your condition. Various family members see him and regardless of age or medical condition he is an excellent caregiver. Associates also very good. Some front office staff are not as friendly and helpful as they should be, especially when dealing with older patients who are often confused about procedures and paper work when they come in. Medical assistants in back always excellent.
