I’m highly disappointed. After wait for more than 3 months for this appointment and wait for more than 3 hours, fulfilled many documents, the appointment took 5 minutes to say I don’t know and resend me to other Dr. After charge to the insurance and me more than. 150 USD. This was so unprofessional.
Dr. Villafranca was an empathetic and wonderful doctor. However, the front desk staff has been horrific— sending my insurance claim to the wrong provider (blue Cross and Aetna)and mis-scheduling my appointments among other disappointing encounters. Not to mention a very rude nurse taking vitals. I hope he finds better staff or I will not be returning.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience my senior mother had with your staff. During her visit, she encountered a situation where an employee stated, “it’s not our problem,” when they were unable to locate a referral in the system. This response seemed quite insensitive, especially considering the needs of senior patients who may require additional time to organize their thoughts and paperwork. When he is talking with you he puts his whole thoughts into the conversation . He explains everything in details so you will understand about your condition. Omg .he has this little young lady who took your blood pressure weight omg . She is so sweet and humble. Big up the staff members blessings
