Dr. Villafranca completely transformed my health. When I first met him, I was facing kidney failure, weighed 308 pounds, and had an A1C of 12. Thanks to his expertise and care, my kidneys are now stable, my weight is 233 pounds, and my A1C is 5.7. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication gave me a second lease on life, and his staff in Pembroke Pines and Davie have been equally remarkable. I will always be grateful.

I’m highly disappointed. After wait for more than 3 months for this appointment and wait for more than 3 hours, fulfilled many documents, the appointment took 5 minutes to say I don’t know and resend me to other Dr. After charge to the insurance and me more than. 150 USD. This was so unprofessional.
Dr. Villafranca was an empathetic and wonderful doctor. However, the front desk staff has been horrific— sending my insurance claim to the wrong provider (blue Cross and Aetna)and mis-scheduling my appointments among other disappointing encounters. Not to mention a very rude nurse taking vitals. I hope he finds better staff or I will not be returning.
