We had 4 AC units replaced after shopping several companies and choosing Armstrong. We couldn't be happier with the result and that's a great thing given the substantial investment. Great customer service, responsive employees, excellent results and a willingness to go the extra mile impressed us Can't recommend them enough.
Armstrong saved the day! Our AC was not working and not only was it August in Florida, we were having people over for the holiday weekend. Armstrong got someone out right away and even gave us a temporary fix until our part could come in. They went above and beyond when our own home developer wouldn't even respond. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!
A/C quit when an animal got in the line. It was August and hot. I called at 8:00 am and had cool air by 10 am. I would say that's excellent service. Armstrong saved the day! Couldn't save the animal however.
Tom with Armstrong air was absolutely amazing to work with. Our AC broke and it got up to 85 in the house with 2 dogs. He and the team were out to the house within 24 hours of us calling and had the AC fixed in less than an hour. We ended up needing it replaced and they were back out a few days later. I highly recommend them for any AC/heating needs!
