My AC unit died on me last week in June Armstrong were fast on the scene and were able to get me a new ac unit by the end of the week. For a fair price too might I add. They won me over with the positive attitude and professionalism. They will have me as a customer for life

Armstrong Air and Heating was recommended to me by 2 of my neighbors who recently had their HVAC system replaced. They said that the company has great customer service, and I experienced that myself from the time Tom Hyatt came out to give me the estimate, to when the job was completed yesterday. The crew showed up on time and did a great job of installing my new system, in spite of running into issues from the original install. Armstrong has been great from start to finish. When our air went out (and it was hot) Devin and Eddy came right away and quickly found the problem. We knew the system was old and probably needed to be replaced. Tom explained the pricing and we were quickly scheduled. Josh and Fernando were our installers and you could tell their many years of experience made the install go smoothly. All were very professional and patient with my many questions. The warranty is great.

Kamal ***** was fantastic in troubleshooting our ventilation problem. He scheduled replacement of our compromised plenum, cleaned all the ducts, and tested our system to ensure the entire system was operating as expected. The service was on time as scheduled, and all precautioned were taken to maintain safety and cleanliness. We always get great service with this company.

Kamal Abbad from Armstrong Air & Heating was scheduled to perform my preventative maintenance and arrived on time after a courtesy call to confirm the appointment. I have three AC units, and he spent several hours checking the equipment and making the necessary adjustments. He carefully explained some helpful hints to keep my system running smoothly and made a few other recommendations that I embraced. I am very pleased with the services of Armstrong Air & Heating. This is a company that is well organized and extremely efficient in maintaining my AC unit and Aprilair. The tech---Kamal--who was sent out to my house last week for a routine maintenance check up was very knowledgable about the systems and highly proficient in conducting the services rendered by this AC company in Winter Garden. Would you have an A/C unit installed inside your home during a pandemic? Well, we did. And we don't regret it. Armstrong Air & Heating worked with me via text, then phone, then a service tech visit to diagnose the issue and possible repair or replace options, and finally a full-day installation. I've been working from home full-time so they worked around my schedule and did not interfere in any way.
