Kamal ***** was fantastic in troubleshooting our ventilation problem. He scheduled replacement of our compromised plenum, cleaned all the ducts, and tested our system to ensure the entire system was operating as expected. The service was on time as scheduled, and all precautioned were taken to maintain safety and cleanliness. We always get great service with this company.

Kamal Abbad from Armstrong Air & Heating was scheduled to perform my preventative maintenance and arrived on time after a courtesy call to confirm the appointment. I have three AC units, and he spent several hours checking the equipment and making the necessary adjustments. He carefully explained some helpful hints to keep my system running smoothly and made a few other recommendations that I embraced. I am very pleased with the services of Armstrong Air & Heating. This is a company that is well organized and extremely efficient in maintaining my AC unit and Aprilair. The tech---Kamal--who was sent out to my house last week for a routine maintenance check up was very knowledgable about the systems and highly proficient in conducting the services rendered by this AC company in Winter Garden. Would you have an A/C unit installed inside your home during a pandemic? Well, we did. And we don't regret it. Armstrong Air & Heating worked with me via text, then phone, then a service tech visit to diagnose the issue and possible repair or replace options, and finally a full-day installation. I've been working from home full-time so they worked around my schedule and did not interfere in any way. These guys are awesome. Pedro from Orlando is one of the managers. He came and switched an over flow sensor free of charge on the same day after I had a diagnosis call. He made my day and went above and beyond. I am so glad I found this company to assist me with all my HVAC. This is not the first time they have been this awesome to me. Highly recommend.

Great job overall! I had two systems replaced, and everything went smoothly. The crews arrived on time and finished sooner than expected. Two of my other quotes indicated that it would be a 2 or 3-day installation, but Tom Hyatt at Armstrong promised me two full crews and said he could do it in a single day. And Armstrong completed the job in less than 8 hours. The techs spent plenty of time making sure the systems were up to speed, and they helped me set up the WiFi thermostats and the app on my phone.
