I am pleased with the 6 months preventive service Armstrong Air & Heating did on my 2 A/C. The A/C technician Diandro conducted the service with professionalism and check for anything that can be improved with in my 2 A/C units, in fact I have some good recommendations due to his detail work, and he found the 1st floor line needs to be fixed, and need pvc, 90 elbow &coupling to drain better the lines, I am impressed that Diandro fixed the drain temporary and come back the next day to get that drain line running efficiently. ... read more
We had our ac replaced by Armstrong and they are the best priced/ professional and knowledgeable compare to all the other central Florida ac company. The two technicians Sam and Lemuel were GREAT!!! They were on time, efficient and made sure they explained everything they did, warranty and advised on how to make sure our system lasts not like our previous one that lasted only 6 years. Fast, friendly and fantastic Ryan and Eric from Armstrong Air and Heating came out on really short notice to my home in Oakland to work on my two year old Lenox a/c unit that was acting up. I did not expect such a quick turn around, it was not an emergency but I filled out their online web tool to set up an appointment during a holiday weekend. This was the best household system buying experience we have encountered! We bought a mild "fixer upper" and this was our last purchase. Tom's first interaction was easy, unpressured, and pleasant! The turn around time was so FAST, and the install crew were friendly, hard working, and just as excited for a new system as we were. Highly recommend Tom, Fernando, and the team at Armstrong. Armstrong A/C & Heating replaced my handler and compressor. They offered the most competitive price out of several quotes we got. They are one of Carrier's approved dealers and had a great track record before we decided to hire them. They arrived on time and installed the equipment in about 5 hours.. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Appreciate the help from Tom from start to finish and the professionalism shown by the installers. Definitely recommend.

Armstrong A/C & Heating replaced both my handler and compressor. They arrived on time and did such a great job. They were a great team! They were so nice and answered any questions I had with patience. I would recommend them to anyone. Told my neighbors about them! So nice to have a "cool" home again!
My AC unit died on me last week in June Armstrong were fast on the scene and were able to get me a new ac unit by the end of the week. For a fair price too might I add. They won me over with the positive attitude and professionalism. They will have me as a customer for life

Armstrong has been great from start to finish. When our air went out (and it was hot) Devin and Eddy came right away and quickly found the problem. We knew the system was old and probably needed to be replaced. Tom explained the pricing and we were quickly scheduled. Josh and Fernando were our installers and you could tell their many years of experience made the install go smoothly. All were very professional and patient with my many questions. The warranty is great.
