I've been going to shoot several times, always we've had a good experience. Sure I've had to wait for a lane, but it's worth it! Going today.
There wait system and staff are horrible. We were put on the waiting list for 2 spots which was going to be a 45 min wait. 1 spot finally became available and the rest of our group waited for the 2nd spot which after 5 lanes became available and taken by others we decided to take our name off the list because even though we should have been called before 5 other groups we would had to have waited another 30 minutes. Worst place ever will not goto again.

I’m not usually one to use the sexism card. But I’ve never experienced blatant sexism the way I just did in the Arms Room (Dickinson, Tx), trying to buy a gift for my Dad. I already knew what I wanted and stood there for 15 minutes. Not one employee asked if I needed help. I finally stood in line at the register and I was still ignored. The Arms Room Indoor Range...where you are likely to see couples enjoying their time at the range shooting their favorite firearm. You might also see a law enforcement officer practicing and honing his/her skill with a handgun, rifle or shotgun. But, the most hear warming experience you might witness is young daughter crawling up on her dad's lap to take her turn with a pink small caliber rifle. The Arms Room is truly a family oriented business emphasizing safety and fun.
Great atmosphere, cool staff and lots of guns!! LOVE ME THE SMELL OF FUN POWDER
