If I could give zero stars , I would. I have been calling for a week and my mom has been trying too to set up an appointment for my younger brother for his vaccines for school. Every time they put me on hold or transfer me somewhere else then they always hang up the phone. Why are you open and no one wants to do their job? ALSO! the line for the interpreter never works! Why have an option if it’s never applied for the patients?
Customer Service is absolutely horrible. This supposed to be a place parents feel comfortable bringing there children or themselves. This place is very uncomfortable.

Edit: This place has really gone down hill. The doctors are constantly changing, every time I have an appointment with one doctor and have a follow up, that doctor no longer works here and I have to reschedule with another doctor and by the time that appointment comes up, that doctor won't be working here anymore and so on. It's ridiculous, I just want to see a doctor more than once! It's impossible to build any kind of trust or relationship with a doctor when they are constantly changing their staff! CARLA IS RUDE! I usually go to the Crestwood location for depo. Used my lunch hour today to get my shot but Crestwood didn’t have depo, it’s on order. They said try Metro or Northern. Called here (northern) and explained my situation. My call was transferred a few times. Then a rude woman was asking me questions talking to me like I’m an idiot.
