The medical staff I interacted with at the ARMS Northern Health Center location lack the care and concern you would expect from a community healthcare facility. During my visit, DNP Nicole Thomas was not compassionate and patient-focused. For instance, she wouldn’t involve me in my own treatment plan. Instead, she was telling me what exams I needed based on my age and what she was going to schedule. She was not talking “with” me but “to” me. I did not feel heard. Yo el vierne 5 fui a la cita me la pasaron para el lunes 8 que tenía que estar ante de la cita para ver a la doctora Harry y hablar con ella una de esa persona negra no soy racista porque también soy negro, entonces cuando fui ese lunes me presenté y no me habían dicho nada para en absolutamente nada, me cobraron por la cita una tenía que verme con el terapeuta cosa que no tenía razones porque tenía que verme con el terapeuta, segundo ni se cuales fueron la razones que fui me atendieron y me metieron en una de esa habitacion... read more

I don’t understand how you have to wait over 3 hours just to set an appointment!!! No one even answered and they close at 5. It’s just ridiculous to find hard workers these days. Why does setting an appointment take forever? U know people are needing meds etc. then Dr. Harris seems to never be there. Patients deserve so much better!!!!!!
