Dinos has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. After not maintaining the roof on their property on 50th and center it caved in and leaked rusty water all over my belongings. I threw away almost $2000 in belongings because of this but that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part of the whole ordeal was I had to deal with their rude "claims agent" I swear this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. they are not customer focused unless it concerns your money
We rented an outdoor parking spot for our motorhome. We made all payments early but twice we received past due notices. we found out that they had two clients with the same name, my husband and another. Our payments went to the other person's account. After contacting Dinos, I used my credit card instead of my husband's to eliminate future confusion. The next problem came at move-out.
