Great service. Large facility. Fair prices. A lot of options for storage. Free moving truck is a bonus.
Customer service is horrible. They lie straight to your face and all they care about is getting your money while you're there and for as long as they can after you move out! Then when you call them on their bullcrap, they keep lying and acting rude and unprofessional! There's plenty of other storage units. I've never had a place as bad as this one!!

Terrible! Awful! Horrible! Avoid this rental facility! They are all about fees and poor customer service. When I vacated my unit, they locked it with their own lock, then said I needed to clean it 2 days before my lease is up. They stated it was $50 per hour and would take 4-5 hours to clean. It was swept the day I left. How am I supposed to access the unit to clean it or take pictures with their lock on it? I have multiple jobs and no longer live in the area. I had to take vacation time.
