Dinos has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. After not maintaining the roof on their property on 50th and center it caved in and leaked rusty water all over my belongings. I threw away almost $2000 in belongings because of this but that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part of the whole ordeal was I had to deal with their rude "claims agent" I swear this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Kept my stuff here when i first moved to Bellevue. Horrible customer service, damp storage and dirty. Never again.
Terrible customer service. Very rude and seems more interested in quickly singing a lease (getting my money) than caring for my need.
Poor management hung up on me cause I didn't want to answer 20 questions.
