I've been living here for 4 years and everything about this place makes me glad I moved here, the maintenance guys are fantastic they get the job done in a very very timely and they're always there if you need them,the manager of the building is awesome she is literally there for everyone, there's no problem she won't tackle and she won't fix, the place is clean every day they clean this place outside and outside there's tons of parking and the views are fantastic also they did a huge renovation of this place and as old as t... read more
This building has cockroaches, bed bugs, and a pharoah ant infestation.
The staff is fabulous ,the downside is no laundry in unit ,no dishwasher /or modern appliances building is secure and and maintenance is done as soon as possible in a 12 floor building rating out of 10 I give a 8 .The location is very good minutes away from Bayers Park ,down town Halifax ,shopping ,grocery ,medical ,schools , minutes away from Lacewood drive , and Halifax shopping centre ,the balcony in units are double the sized and units are huge and well designed also the rent is very reasonable ,lots of outdoor parking ,... read more
