Really cool, old school atmosphere with more equipment than one could begin to imagine. I found myself really lacking motivation until I stepped into Armbrust. Almost instantly I felt the excitement I once felt when I first got into lifting. The staff is extremely friendly and really helpful. They don't push any kind of membership sale on you or try to swindle you into a huge expensive package deal like most gyms when you first walk in. Awesome gym, everything profesional, great people!
Very intimidating gym when you first walk in. There are a ton of super fit athletes here. You will find they are all very humble and helpful. Best gym in the country in my opinion.
It's a place where I always feel welcomed and inspired.
