I overheard a conversation between two people at lunch. They were clearly super fit individuals and discussing ones move from AZ to Colorado. One of the individuals stated he was so lucky to be moving to CO because thats where Armbrust Pro Gym was.

I think my muscles grew just from initially walking in! Love the no nonsense atmosphere and put in quite possibly one of best back and triceps workouts ever my first day in!
Absolutely loved the experience of this gym!! I've heard so much about it as I've seen videos of many fellow Pro competitors getting a serious workout in. I traveled from Georgia to 1st hand experience it. I had an awesome workout, met other Pro's, and carried on good conversations with gym members. I found my gym experience to be a warm & inviting environment; and the variety of fitness equipment was amazing. Can't say enough good things about this gym. Jenna at the desk is a doll and just a pleasant smiling face. The gym is old school and the energy it breeds cannot be expressed into words. It's a Mecca of sorts. You go there and you're instantly surrounded by incredibly talented and fit bodies, who are beyond nice and pleasant, and also regular people doing better for themselves. Really cool, old school atmosphere with more equipment than one could begin to imagine. I found myself really lacking motivation until I stepped into Armbrust. Almost instantly I felt the excitement I once felt when I first got into lifting. The staff is extremely friendly and really helpful. They don't push any kind of membership sale on you or try to swindle you into a huge expensive package deal like most gyms when you first walk in.
