I love being a member at this gym. Many people find the hardcore pro gym vibe to be intimidating. This is not the atmosphere at Armbrust. It's a serious pro style gym with an easy vibe condusive to a great exercise experiance.
Hell of a gym I recommend it to anybody who is serious about fitness

Well worth the drive from FoCo! Everyone was chill, and the atmosphere was amazing!! Trained with Heather, and it was an unreal experience! Loved every minute!
For the few times I’ve visited Armbrust Gym from out of town, I find the equipment to be chock-filled with challenging machines and free-weights for serious bodybuilders and weight trainers. No wonder champions flock to this gym—it always knocks you out!
